Students’ Satisfaction Towards Using Library of the College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to study the students’ satisfaction of using library of the College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and the research can improve the library services of the College of Allied Health Sciences. The population of this research was 260 students from the College of Allied Health Sciences who were enrolled in the 2nd semester of academic year 2018. The questionnaire was used to collect the data which were analyzed by employed percentage, mean and standard deviation. The result showed that generally students use the library 1-5 times per month from 11.00-14.00 a.m. and primarily use the book circulation service. The students’ satisfaction towards using library of the College of Allied Health Sciences overall and each part at high level including the satisfaction towards the librarians or library staff (mean = 4.46), quality of library physical and infrastructures (mean = 4.24) and communication with library users (mean = 4.21) respectively.
